Bethia D. Kalenak

Bethia’s Story

Bethia is a native of rural Oregon and the third of four sisters. Growing up, she was actively involved in school athletics as well as music and theater. She originally came to Wyoming in 1996 to work in Grand Teton National Park and fell in love with all that Wyoming has to offer.

While finishing her undergraduate degrees in English and History, Bethia returned to Wyoming frequently. She often took time off from her studies to extend her stays here. After graduation from the University of Oregon, Bethia chose to leave her comfort zone by attending law school at the University of St. Thomas in downtown Minneapolis.

While she enjoyed her time in the city, she always knew she would return to Wyoming and its simpler lifestyle. Bethia is thrilled to make Cody her new home after several years of practice in Rock Springs. She looks forward to making Cody her permanent home, and establishing new friends and relationships here.

In her free time, Bethia enjoys experiencing the great outdoors with her husband, Andy, and two children, Drew and Hannah.
